Straight answers

Will I keep my customers?
Yes. You build and own your customer relationships and your niche as an independent agent.
How does the commission split work?
You retain 85% of eligible commission; the central business retains 15% to fund technology, suppliers, training and support. A package fee also applies.
Do I have to start training from scratch?
No. Training is available if useful, but experienced agents can move quickly to trading.
What about suppliers?
You get access to a broad choice of approved suppliers, so you can sell across many categories without negotiating every contract.

Commission varies by supplier and is not guaranteed; this is not an earnings promise. A monthly package fee applies and different terms may apply to company-provided leads or promotions.

Home-based travel businesses for experienced agents

Home-based travel businesses for experienced agents should be judged on one thing above all: whether the commercial model rewards the bookings you already know how to generate. If you are producing consistently, the split you are on is the single biggest factor in what you take home. Here you keep up to 85% of your eligible commission, with the Group retaining 15% to fund technology, supplier access, compliance and support. It is a model built for productive agents rather than one that quietly absorbs the value you create.

A better commercial model

Just as important as the numbers is how you are allowed to sell. There is no directional selling here: you advise from a broad choice of approved suppliers and recommend what is genuinely right for each customer, rather than being pushed towards a narrow, fixed range. That freedom protects the trust you have built with your clients and lets you keep serving them under your own brand. Your relationships are yours; you bring your customer base with you and continue to own and grow it as an independent agent.

Because you already know the craft, the move is smoother than many expect. You can skip much of the learning curve and get productive quickly, with optional specialist training available whenever you want it rather than imposed on you. You work in professional booking, CRM and commission-reporting technology, backed by a professional website, marketing tools and a dedicated support team. Package Travel Regulations (PTR) compliance is handled through the Group's arrangements, and customer money is protected in a Trust Account with Protected Trust Services (PTS).

The terms are transparent: a one-off joining fee of £1,750, a monthly fee of £35 and a 1.3% card transaction fee, with no franchise fee. Commission varies by supplier and is not guaranteed, and this remains self-employment rather than salaried employment, so it is not an earnings promise. But for an experienced agent weighing up a change, the combination of a higher commission share, no directional selling and full ownership of your customers is a straightforward case to examine on its own merits.
