A benefit you can work towards
Personal travel benefits, earned as your business grows.
Once you have built qualifying membership and completed bookings, you may be able to access personal travel benefits. Eligibility depends on availability and clear terms — benefits are never guaranteed.
Eligibility
What you work towards
Personal travel benefits are designed to reward active, engaged agents. Here is what typically needs to be in place.
Qualifying membership period
Benefits may become available once you have held qualifying membership for at least 3 months.
Completed bookings
You typically need at least 10 qualifying completed bookings before benefits apply.
Good standing
You must remain a member in good standing and comply with the programme terms.
The terms, clearly
How the terms work
We would rather be clear up front than overpromise. These are the conditions that apply to personal travel benefits.
- Benefits depend on supplier and product availability and are not offered across every supplier.
- Only qualifying completed bookings count towards eligibility.
- Cancelled, refunded or reversed bookings may not count.
- Misuse or abuse of benefits is prohibited and can remove access.
- Any tax arising from a personal travel benefit is your responsibility as a self-employed agent.
A quick checklist
- Held qualifying membership long enough
- Reached the qualifying completed-bookings threshold
- Member in good standing
- Product available with a participating supplier
- Used the benefit within the programme rules
Personal travel benefits are subject to eligibility, supplier and product availability, and programme terms. They are not guaranteed, are not offered across every supplier, and only qualifying completed bookings count. Cancelled bookings may not count. Any tax due is your responsibility. This is not an earnings promise.
