How your money is protected

Financial protection is provided through a Trust Account operated with Protected Trust Services (PTS). Customer payments for travel arrangements are held in trust and released in line with PTS's trust arrangements, giving customers protection for the money they pay.

What this means for your booking

• Money you pay towards your travel arrangements is safeguarded within the PTS trust framework.
• The specific protection that applies depends on the travel arrangements and the supplier involved. Where a package includes flights, additional protection such as ATOL may apply through the relevant supplier or arrangement.
• The details of the protection that applies to any particular booking are confirmed before the booking is completed.
