Thinking about switching home-based travel agency?

If you are weighing up whether to switch home-based travel agency, the sensible approach is to compare the essentials that actually affect your business and your income, then decide for yourself. We will not tell you what your current arrangement offers, because only you know that. What we can do is set out plainly what you get here, so you can line it up against your existing setup on the points that matter most: your commission share, your customers, your technology, your training and your support.

What a better deal looks like

The headline is the commission. Here you keep up to 85% of your eligible commission, with the Group retaining 15% to fund the platform behind you. You build and own your customer relationships as an independent agent, so moving does not mean abandoning the base you have worked to create. You work in modern booking, CRM and commission-reporting technology, with a professional website, an AI marketing assistant and access to a broad choice of approved suppliers including an in-house bedbank. A complete training academy is there if you want it, alongside a dedicated support team and a community of fellow agents.

Switching is designed to be low-friction. Supported onboarding means you are not starting from scratch, and you can get productive without unpicking everything you have built. Package Travel Regulations (PTR) compliance is handled through the Group's arrangements, and customer money is protected in a Trust Account with Protected Trust Services (PTS), so the professional foundations your customers rely on stay firmly in place through the move.

The costs are transparent so there are no surprises: a one-off joining fee of £1,750, a monthly fee of £35 and a 1.3% card transaction fee, with no franchise fee. Commission varies by supplier and is not guaranteed, and this is self-employment rather than salaried employment, so it is not an earnings promise. Any comparison you make is general and not a criticism of another business. But if your current home-based model is not rewarding or supporting you the way you deserve, doing the comparison honestly is the only way to know whether a switch is worth making.
